We have created a way for you to submit help tickets to both maintenance and technology in the same location.
Submitting a Request
To Submit a request, please click on the link located in the bar to the left.
Checking on a Request
Once you have filled out a request, you can check on that request by clicking on the link located in the bar to the left as well.
We are also creating a knowledgebase library where you can look up important information for you as a JPS employee. We hope you use this as a resource for frequent questions that come up in both maintenance and technology.
We hope this system will benefit you with a one-stop location for submitting help with both Maintenance and Technology. It will also help our teams by helping us organize, assign, and track the progress of each ticket more efficiently.
